NO CHILDREN POLICY:

While we love our children, please arrange Childcare for your little ones whilst you are having your treatment - Our aim is to provide you with the most relaxing treatment and also to consider the relaxation and " ME TIME " of other clients.  We also have a variety of high risk equipment in clinic and we thank you for your understanding. 

VERSAILLES BEAUTY IS A QUIET ZONE, SO PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR MOBILE PHONE OR PUT ON SILENT WHILE IN CLINIC AS RINGING PHONES OR SMART WATCHES DISRUPT YOUR PEACE & RELAXATION.

JEWELLERY 

Can you please leave all jewellery at home before your treatment, as while having facial or body treatments in clinic, you will need to remove any necklaces, chains, earrings, smart watches etc... and by doing so, it will minimize any risk of losing or misplacing any. 

GIFT VOUCHERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Voucher Must Be Presented on the day of treatment to avoid payment.  Voucher is NOT redeemable for cash.  Clinic is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. Vouchers are valid for three years and Expired Voucher will NOT be valid and will not be extended, so please make sure you use it before the expiry date. Voucher's Treatment is fully transferrable. Also, if 24 hours notice is not given to cancel or change an appointment or if no show, the Voucher will automatically become Void.

BOOKINGS:

When Cancelling or Changing Appointments, (Reminder Texts are sent 72hrs Beforehand) could you please give us at least 24 hours Notice as we are a very busy salon and by doing so, You Will Not Deprive Someone Else of a Vacancy AND... "So that we don't have to start taking deposits or charge you Cancellation Fees!!"
